Had a good experience. Test drove a car I really liked, but while driving it had an issue. Brought it back to Allen, and he said they'd fix it. I never bought that car. After a few months of looking and shopping more, I decided to check their inventory again, and found another one I really liked. Ended up buying it. Allen and Kandy are super helpful and they work with you, not against you. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good used car at a decent price. I don't have good credit, but they also worked with me to find a good loan that I could afford! Thanks for all your help!

Really honest and great place to buy a vehicle! Very respectful, treat you like family! I’ve bought probably around 10 trucks off them or more! Been dealing with them for over 8 years and never had a problem with them at all! I’d recommend them to anyone! Thanks Galax auto exchange for all the great vehicles y’all have sold me and my family! My husband and I were looking for a vehicle that allowed us to have space for our children. We were hesitant about purchasing around town but we decided to give Galax Auto Exchange a try.
