My husband and I were looking for a vehicle that allowed us to have space for our children. We were hesitant about purchasing around town but we decided to give Galax Auto Exchange a try. The experience we had with them was hands down the BEST. The owner helped us out tremendously in securing the vehicle for us that suited our needs and went above and beyond any dealership we’ve ever worked with. We are truly blessed to have chosen them and highly recommend going to them!!

Really honest and great place to buy a vehicle! Very respectful, treat you like family! I’ve bought probably around 10 trucks off them or more! Been dealing with them for over 8 years and never had a problem with them at all! I’d recommend them to anyone! Thanks Galax auto exchange for all the great vehicles y’all have sold me and my family! Very trustworthy carlot!!!!

Had a good experience. Test drove a car I really liked, but while driving it had an issue. Brought it back to Allen, and he said they'd fix it. I never bought that car. After a few months of looking and shopping more, I decided to check their inventory again, and found another one I really liked. Ended up buying it. Allen and Kandy are super helpful and they work with you, not against you. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good used car at a decent price. I don't have good credit, but they also worked with me to find a good loan that I could afford! Thanks for all your help!

My car was totaled in an accident on Christmas Eve. The following Friday my wife JoAnn and I went out looking for a used car for me. The first place we went I road tested a SUV that seemed nice to drive so I pulled off somewhere and looked under the hood and the engine didn’t sound right. Clicking and leaking. I was very discouraged so we went to another used car dealer and I didn’t like anything on their lot. Overpriced and low quality so we went home. JoAnn went online and showed me a nice looking SUV at Galax Auto Exchange. We went back out and went there to see the SUV. I really liked the vehicle and while looking it over Allen came out to greet us. He asked if I would like to drive it so he gave us the key and we were for a test drive. It drove great and motor sounds good. I told him I was interested in buying it if we could agree on a price. I ended up with a very fair price. I got a loan from my own bank and when I came back he had the car all shiny and ready to go. After driving it for a week I am very happy with my SUV! It was a great buying experience. No pressure and a pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend Galax Auto Exchange to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle!

I was interested in a Jeep on the lot and I worked with Allan. I live in Alabama so I couldn't personally inspect the Jeep before purchase. Allan was a huge help to me because he sent me tons of pictures from every angle and all underneath. Even with the price of an airline ticket and my travel expenses, this Jeep was offered at a better price than any others within a few hundred mile radius of my home. I flew into Charlotte and then traveled to Virginia. I was glad to see the Jeep was exactly as it was represented in the listing and in the pictures he sent to me. The staff there made me feel right at home. Allan worked with me to check a few small things to make sure the Jeep was road worthy for my trip back home. I was on the road in just a short while and had a great trip. I can't say enough great things about Galax Auto Exchange and Allan. He and the car lot definitely went above and beyond.
